Growing up in Hawai`i, Noe understands and truly appreciates the unique island community we live in. Over the years, she has developed a deep appreciation for our island culture, diversity of people, and the beauty of our great state.

With ten satisfying years with the Law Offices of Richard H. Lachmann, specializing in real estate and corporate law in Honolulu, her background has helped her develop a skill-set that uniquely qualifies Noe in assisting her clients with their real estate transactions. To add to her qualifications as a licensed real estate professional, Noe holds the designations of Certified Listing Specialist (CLS), Accredited Buyers’ Representative (ABR) and At Home With Diversity (AHWD). She also serves as secretary of the Honolulu Board of Realtors' East O'ahu Regional leadership team as secretary and director, serving since 2019 and into her new term in 2020.

Noe knows that real estate is more than just buildings, land, and transactions. What matters to her most is helping the people inside those houses and those buildings achieve their specific real estate goals. In her personal life, she enjoys trying new restaurants, watching movies, cooking, practicing yoga and exercising at the gym and outdoors. She also shares her love of Hawai`i with others as kokua for the Manoa Heritage Center and its events. The Center’s mission is to promote the thoughtful stewardship of the natural and cultural heritage of Hawai`i. Noe is a member of the Hawai`i Society of Business Professionals (HSBP), and works on two committees--The Boardroom Series and Workshops. HSBP is made up of professionals representing a wide range of island businesses with a goal of supporting and encouraging one another with information sharing on a broad spectrum of subjects related to general business and management topics—her way of staying in touch with the business community and local current events. Noe is also a licensed massage therapist, an Access Bars practitioner and a certified personal trainer. After being inspired by physical therapists during therapy for a shoulder injury, she became interested in the human body and was compelled to learn and obtain her license and certifications.
